OliveWoo was a dating site whose focus was on the date ideas themselves. Positioned as “a Yelp for date ideas,” it appealed to both singles and those already in relationships looking for interesting new activities to do with their significant other.
A part of a media studies class at the Architectural Association called “Keyboards are Dead,” this project uses real-time data coupled with MELscripting in Maya to create new methods of visualization. This was a group project developed with Lara Lesmes of the AA and Carlos Fornos of PennDesign.
LocalHounds and WeLoveToDo are part of a family of iPhone apps geared towards helping people already in relationships. LocalHounds is a date idea generator that pairs suggested activities based on venues near your current location. WeLoveToDo is a shared to-do list for couples featuring gentle reminding capabilities.
